Bobux UK, a leading brand in the baby and children’s shoe industry, approached Reliable People via their Ecom partner Modular Commerce to overhaul their advertising strategy and scale their online presence. Whilst the UK arm of the business was spun off of the main HQ brand, this presented substantial challenges in re-engaging those familiar with the Bobux name yet with limited access to customer data for legal reasons. With a clear vision to grow their e-commerce revenue while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS), we delivered a dynamic advertising campaign tailored to mums & dads across various channels including Display.

Over the past six months, Reliable People has achieved an average ROAS of 1200%, helping Bobux UK significantly outperform industry benchmarks (500% would be in the top 2 percentile of the industry). Leveraging advanced targeting, creative ad formats, and strategic budget allocation, we not only drove traffic but also increased conversion beyond what they once were.
